What is involved when litigating a commercial or business issue?

Once the lawsuit is filed, we engage in what’s called, “Discovery.” This means, seeking information from the other side and they’ll do likewise. This involves propounding written questions called interrogatories, producing documentation and taking depositions, which is basically a sworn interview, to seek information about the other sides position. All cases in Florida require then to go to mediation, most cases settle at mediation but if they don’t, then we take them to trial and we are fully prepared to litigate your case and seek justice for you at trial.
